Digital transformation for hospitality

You're stuck with legacy systems and can't yet picture what changing them would involve. We plan the move, help you choose the right tech and partner you from decision to go-live. We're independent and take no referral fees from any vendor.

You know your systems aren't right

Contracts tie you in, data doesn't move between systems, and your sites have built workarounds to fill the gaps. Changing it means disruption across every site, and your team doesn't have the capacity to plan it, let alone run it.

Two ways we work

Why yellow

Our work

National hospitality business, 1,000+ employees: we partnered them from decision to go-live. We compared the market, helped them choose the platform, aligned the vendor on data before build, ran the comms across every site, and handed over to their team at launch.

Multi-site hospitality group: we reviewed every system, its contract and the teams relying on it. That showed what could move now and what couldn't yet. We then set the order and timeline of the change over two years and built the budget for the leadership team to sign off.

Talent & Recruitment

The Team

A woman with curly hair smiling at a restaurant or bar during evening, wearing a black sleeveless top and hoop earrings, with a tattoo on her arm, seated at a table with a glass of water and a plate.

Hannah is the founder of Yellow, a consultancy that works with organisations to strengthen leadership, structure and the systems that support their people.

CIPD-qualified and commercially trained, Hannah brings over 20 years of experience working with founder-led and growing businesses. Her early career in business development across marketing, tourism and hospitality operations gives her a practical understanding of how organisations actually run, not just how they look on paper.

Hannah Swarbrick-Done

Ian leads Talent & Recruitment at Yellow, supporting organisations to identify and secure the leadership and operational talent they need to perform and grow.

His career spans business development, operational leadership and recruitment, including senior roles within the Xander Group. This gives him an in-depth understanding of the hospitality industry and a clear view of what businesses need from the people they hire in practice.
